Bernard Financial Servicing Group is a primary servicer for commercial mortgage loans. We perform full cashier servicing for both Life Companies and CMBS loans. In 1993, Bernard Financial Servicing Group started Life Company servicing. In 1998, Bernard Financial Servicing Group began full cashier servicing for conduit lenders. Bernard Financial Servicing Group is a CREFC compliant Primary Servicer 
for CMBS loans and carries the appropriate levels of Fidelity Bond and Error and Omissions insurance coverage. We are currently servicing approximately $2,800,000,000.
